Workshops are open to anyone over the age of 18. Photographers, both professional or amateur, may bring any type of camera to participate in the shoot.
Non-photographers are also welcome.
We begin with a discussion of erotic images, photographic theory and techniques, both artistic and technical. I will discuss some of my black & white work, bondage imagery, and shooting for Penthouse. We review how a shoot is designed, set up, worked through and completed.
Photographers will be able to work with a nude model for a designated time period, and to discuss the shooting with me before, during and after the workshop. Individual shoot time depends on the number of participants.
A light snack and drinks will be provided during a mid-day break.
Photographers must bring their own cameras. Studio lighting will be provided, for those with a working synch connection.
Attendance is limited - reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis.

Comments from recent workshops:
"I have been to several different workshops and I must say that my experience at your workshop tops the list in terms of model selection, quality of the studio, relaxed atmosphere, balanced programs and last but not least your generous sharing of your experience. I'm looking forwards to future workshops and can heartily recommend your workshop to photographers regardless of level of photography skills."

"When I came to Craig's seminar, I had virtually no knowledge of studio lighting, which is an area I wanted to develop expertise in. Craig's instruction technique is "hands on" and he gets the students involved immediately from setting up the canvas backdrop to setting up the lights and reflector boards. Once the model arrived Craig provided excellent instruction and tips on how to shoot attractive photos. Each of the students received adequate time to exclusively photograph the model with both studio and natural lighting. The shots I took were awesome and looked totally professional."

"Once again, thank you, for conducting your very professional workshop in easy to follow steps to erotic photography. Even though I worked with the same model on another shoot, it is clear that erotic photography is altogether different. Your clean, polite, non-sleaze approach to communication between you and the model is the secret. You talked the shoot through beforehand, so that, when the time came, the model could be comfortable with a minimum of direction. In the debriefing interview at the end, the model mentioned the importance of being in her space of erotic imagination. That, I think, is what makes your photography so powerful. Kudos! Now, if only I had a studio larger than my houseboat. Your studio rocks!"

"My husband was like a kid on Sunday night after the class when he called, and still on cloud nine when he got home on Tuesday night. He learned so much not only technically, but his creative inner self came alive with many possibilities as he watched the master (you:)) and learned. He is already talking about being able to attend another class at another time, as well classes locally he can search out. Thanks for the opportunity of a lifetime. Rick truly enjoyed this year's birthday gift."
